This catalogue has been published at the occasion of Mathieu Briand’s solo  shows,  Le Monde Flottant, who took place at the Palais de Toyo from December 2003 to January 2004 and Derrière le Monde Flottant who took place at Museum of Contemporary Art in Lyon from March to May 2004

This  is the first catalog which presents all of Mathieu Briand’s works with notices, diagrams and photos for each work. He also presents the entire both exhibitions and which brings together his latest creations. All the works on this sensory journey are reproduced in color. This both exhibitions gathered more than 50,000 visitors.
